Why does Propertybytube exist?
Propertybytube is the culmination of two years of very hard work, and is different from everything else out there and we are still working on it! The first 18 months was hard work done solely by myself (Wedko - The Webmaster) by trial and error and building on the experience gained from my previous websites. Now I can say that I am an experienced webmaster and ready to take on more challenges.
This is not a website hoping to make a quick buck. The reason Propertybytube exists is to "provide an alternative choice to market your property by exploiting the marketing potential based on Tube Stations ".
OK, you have told us a little bit of your history, now tell us why you are different from other property websites ?
Propertybytube is different because it is very cheap to develop. It cost us less than $100 (plus free labour of our team) to develop the website in its current format, unlike other companies which have spent multimillions of pounds on websites. It means there is no secret agenda for us to recoup our money back.
Our service is genuine. We only have one goal: to market properties near to Tube Stations to people who want to live near to Tube Stations. It's as simple as that! We are unique because we have a well focused market target. In short, we are not only providing the service that you could get elsewhere but also selling a marketing concept that is unique.
One last question, why the Tube?
As a Londoner, I have to be honest with you - I hate to travel by Tube but I know life would be very difficult without it. The Tube is a necessary evil. More recently, in addition to the media frenzy about the possible increase of congestion charges, councils are trying increase parking fees , as well as looking for other ways to create revenue from car users. This has led me to believe that more people will be forced to giving up using their car in London. It means the demand for properties near to Tube Stations will be even higher than before.
After doing some research on the internet, I found that there are already many websites that write about the Tube; there are blogs, picture galleries and jokes etc. It proves to me that the Tube is an interesting topic.
The London Underground has a long history dating back to the 19th century. It has survived through wars, political changes and various attacks. Therefore, I hope that as long as the Tube is operating, my website will be useful to the public.
